Corner Kitchen @ Biltmore Village

Having had plans nearby, we stopped in to have lunch at this quaint restaurant in Biltmore Village, the Corner Kitchen.  It was located in an old house built around 1895, according to their website (https://thecornerkitchen.com/about/).  This restaurant has cozy and sophisticated atmosphere accompanied by very friendly staff which made our experience exclusively wonderful.

“Bourbons Ginger” shown in the picture left.

For entree, we chose “Basil Pesto Salmon” and

“Chimichurri Flat Iron”.  Both were delicious and cooked perfectly to our request.  In addition to that, each came with fresh sides and ingredients that gave so many dimensions of taste to these plates and were well-complement to the main dishes.  Everything was fresh and tasty.

Couldn’t leave without a dessert… We picked “White Chocolate Vanilla Bread Pudding” to add to this wonderful meal at this great restaurant.

You can make a reservation online at their website which was very convenient for us since they seem to be popular and  busy.  Last time we attempted to visit without reservation, we saw a waiting crowd, so we gave up!
